Pike's Peak Cooler Ingredients
- (Fill to Top) Cider
- 1 oz Egg
- 1/2 (Juice of) Lemon
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Pike's Peak Cooler Mixing Directions
Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.
