Hotel Plaza Cocktail Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz Gin
  • 1 slice Pineapple
  • 3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth

    • Hotel Plaza Cocktail Mixing Directions

    Stir all ingredients (except pineapple) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Decorate with the crushed slice of pineapple and serve.
