Hillside Blue Recipe

Hillside Blue Ingredients

  • 4 oz light rum
  • 8 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 dash Blue Curacao liqueur

    • Hillside Blue Mixing Directions

    Shake the sour mix and the rum together. Pour over ice into a collins glass. Float the blue curacao and finish with one cherry and a slice of lemon.

    Serve In:

    Collins Glass
