Ginger Syllabub Recipe

Ginger Syllabub Ingredients

  • 1 pinch (ground) Ginger
  • 1/2 (Juice of) Lemon
  • 1/2 pint Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp Dry Sherry
  • 3 pieces (minced) Candied Ginger

    • Ginger Syllabub Mixing Directions

    1. Put the sherry, sugar, spices, and lemon juice into a large mixing bowl, and stir until well-blended. Leave to soak for at least half an hour.

    Serve In:
