Beltane Punch Recipe
Beltane Punch Ingredients
1 bottle white wine1 handful sweet woodruff2 cups fresh, sliced strawberries2 tsp sugar
Beltane Punch Mixing Directions
Pour the wine into a punch bowl. Add sugar and woodruff (available through many wine-making suppliers), and stir lightly. Cover the mixture, and let it rest in the refrigerator overnight so the wine is infused with the herb's essence. Strain out the herb. Add strawberry slices and serve cold. This is a traditional punch to be served around May 1st, the Witch/Pagan Beltane or Walpurgas Night.
