- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Everclear
- 2 cups (distilled) Water
- 1 cup Corn Syrup
- 6 drops Anise Extract
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 drops Yellow Food Coloring
Boil water, corn syrup and sugar for 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and stir. Cover and let stand 1 month.
Usually the Galliano Liqueur is served in a Beer Mug.
