- 1/2 oz Peppermint Schnapps
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
- 5 oz (hot) Coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Whipping Cream
Add coffee and liquors to an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with grated chocolate.
Usually the Bavarian Coffee is served in a Irish Coffee Cup.
