Cafe Au Kirsch Recipe

Cafe Au Kirsch Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser
  • 3 dashes Coffee
  • 1 Egg White

    • Cafe Au Kirsch Mixing Directions

    Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

    Serve In:

    White Wine Glass
