Arawak Cup Recipe

Arawak Cup Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz (fresh) Lime Juice
  • 2 oz Dark Rum
  • 1/2 oz Passion-fruit Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1 tsp Orgeat Syrup

    • Arawak Cup Mixing Directions

    Pour the dark rum, passion-fruit syrup, pineapple juice, lime juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a pineapple stick, and serve.

    Serve In:

    Cocktail Glass
