Strawberry Kir Royale Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup (chilled) Champagne
- 1 tsp Creme de Cassis
- 2 cups (halved) Strawberries
Strawberry Kir Royale Mixing Directions
Mix strawberries and sugar in a bowl and let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Divide into two white wine glasses, add champagne and creme de cassis.
