Scotch Rickey Recipe

Scotch Rickey Ingredients

  • 1/2 (Juice of) Lime
  • 1 1/2 oz Scotch Whisky
  • Soda Water
  • Lime Peel

    • Scotch Rickey Mixing Directions

    Pour scotch and juice of lime into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Add the lime peel/rind and serve.

    Serve In:

    Highball Glass
