Scotch Flip Recipe

Scotch Flip Ingredients

  • 1 oz Egg
  • 2 oz Scotch Whisky
  • 1/2 oz Light Cream
  • 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
  • 1/8 tsp (grated) Nutmeg

    • Scotch Flip Mixing Directions

    In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the Scotch, egg, sugar, and cream. Shake well. Strain into a sour glass and garnish with the nutmeg.

    Serve In:

    Whiskey Sour Glass
