Pike's Peak Cooler Recipe

Pike's Peak Cooler Ingredients

  • (Fill to Top) Cider
  • 1 oz Egg
  • 1/2 (Juice of) Lemon
  • 1 tsp Powdered Sugar

    • Pike's Peak Cooler Mixing Directions

    Shake the egg, sugar and lemon juice with ice and strain into a collins glass with cracked ice. Fill with cider and stir. Insert a spiral of orange or lemon peel (or both) and dangle over the rim of glass.

    Serve In:

    Collins Glass
