Picker's Peach Recipe
Picker's Peach Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 oz Peach Schnapps
- 1/2 oz Dark Rum
- 1 1/2 oz White Rum
- 1/3 (peeled) Peach
- 1 oz Orange Juice
- 1/2 tsp Superfine Sugar
- 1 tsp Pecher Mignon
Picker's Peach Mixing Directions
Blend in a blender until smooth. Add a glassful of crushed ice and blend again briefly. Pour into a collins glass and garnish with a wedge-like slice of peach, speared with a cherry. Serve with straws.
