Melon Island Recipe
Melon Island Ingredients
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/3 oz Passion-fruit Liqueur
- 3 oz Pineapple Juice
- 2/3 oz Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon
Melon Island Mixing Directions
Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
