La Charentaise Recipe

La Charentaise Ingredients

  • 1 oz Ricard pastis
  • 1 oz orgeat syrup
  • 2 - 3 oz ice cold, full fat milk

    • La Charentaise Mixing Directions

    Pour the anis liquor first in a chilled glass, on 2 ice cubes. Add the orgeat (almond) syrup, pouring from a height in order to mix better. Then pour the milk, also from a height. Do not stir.

    Serve In:

    Old-Fashioned Glass
