Kir Ingredients

  • 3 cubes Ice
  • 1 tbsp Creme de Cassis
  • 1 twist Lemon Peel
  • 6 oz White Wine

    • Kir Mixing Directions

    Combine ingredients in a large white wine glass. Twist the lemon peel to release the oil and drop it into the glass.

    Serve In:

    White Wine Glass
