Doctor Dawson Recipe
Doctor Dawson Ingredients
- 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
- 2 oz Tequila
- 1 dash Bitters
- 1 dash Egg
- 3 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Superfine Sugar
Doctor Dawson Mixing Directions
In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, bitters, and egg. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the club soda.
