Coffee Royale Recipe
Coffee Royale Ingredients
- 2 oz Brandy
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 oz (hot) Coffee
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
Coffee Royale Mixing Directions
Pour the coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass. Add the sugar, and stir to dissolve. Add the brandy, stir again. Pour the cream over the back of a teaspoon over the top of the drink so that it floats, and serve.
