Cafe Au Kirsch Recipe
Cafe Au Kirsch Ingredients
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser
- 3 dashes Coffee
- 1 Egg White
Cafe Au Kirsch Mixing Directions
Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.
