Boston Cooler Recipe
Boston Cooler Ingredients
- 1 oz (fresh) Lemon Juice
- 2 oz White Rum
- 4 oz Club Soda
- 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
Boston Cooler Mixing Directions
Stir lemon juice, sugar and 2 oz of club soda together in a collins glass. Fill the glass with cracked ice. Add rum. Top with club soda, and stir. Garnish with a spiral of orange or lemon peel, and serve.
