Apricot Collins Recipe
Apricot Collins Ingredients
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 4 oz club soda
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Apricot Collins Mixing Directions
Measure ice with a highball glass and add to shaker. Add brandy, gin and lemon juice and shake well. Pour everything back into glass and fill with soda. Add a lemon wedge, stir slightly and serve.
