Although bartenders are trained to make every drink on the known planet, and occasionally take new concoction orders, there are drinks that most bartenders hate making. These drinks include The Manhattan, The Lemon Drop, The Cosmopolitan, and The Mojito. Complaints having to do with The Manhattan and The Mojito include that the extra sugar added to the drinks usually makes it messy and sticky to prepare. Complaints having to do with the Cosmo usually have to do with the complication having so many ingredients and patrons who like their drink in their own special way. Simple syrup and a hand held juice press can usually solve the problems associated with these sticky concoctions. Some of the top favorite shooters at bars include Windex, Jello Shooters, Blue Whale, Blueberry Tequila Limedrop, and Big Red Kamihuzi. The top cocktails include Sex on the Beach, Fairy from Hell, Cherry Pussycat, and The Green Fairy. Favorite beers include Stormy Weather, alcoholic Root Beer, Canadian Bloody Mary, Buck A Roo, and Amaretto Root Beer. Popular tequila drinks include Blueberry Tequila Limedrop, Long Island Iced Tea, Big Red Kamihuzi, Horny Bull, and Margarita Sunrise. Favorite cognac drinks include The Godiva Whisper, Eggnog, and The Don Luzzie. Gin drinks include Tom Collins, Rum Runner, Slow Gin Fizz, Abbey Cocktail, and Pink Lady. For those stuck with the designated driver position, some really great non alcoholic drinks include The College Punch, Root Beer, Mock Champagne, and Castillian Hot Chocolate. Most bartenders agree that one dollar per drink is a good tip.
